Down East Music Festival with friends

Only one elevator in service. Staff said it’s been out for months. Each floor had a different temperature. Room 423 the bathroom looked clean but I re cleaned it and got a lot of dirt. It was quite for an almost sold out weekend. This is my second time staying here because it’s convenient to the location I visited. Would stay again.

The night staff was super helpful as was housekeeping. It was hard to find a front desk person during the day. The beds have lost their support and have indentations of where people have slept for the past months or years. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

Common area carpets are disgustingly dirty. Our room had a child's handprints all over the window and there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. The room next to us was playing loud music and when I called the front desk to ask them to address the situation, the telephone was broken and they couldn't hear me. Never again!!!

The hotel was a bit run down. There was a squatter in the room across from us and they had just had them removed and there was trash everywhere and it smelled like vomit. The hall carpets were disgusting. We had our dog with us and when I took her out in the morning there was a homeless man asking me to use my cell phone. Wouldn’t expect that from a hotel that has Radisson in its name. The reviews were misleading.
