This hotel is known as a drug haven by the people who live there. A guy was slumped over in a chair outside a ground level room near the stairs, and there were also a lot of people hanging out in the back parking lot when I arrived. I really didn't feel comfortable leaving my car parked there overnight. The microwave, refrigerator and iron were all missing from my room. I requested to cancel my reservation immediately after realizing that, after bringing my belongings into the room. Even tho some guys had just stopped in the lobby to see if any rooms were available and he could easily give them my room, the manager argued with me for a while, and initially refused to give me my money back.

Not a good hotel experience

This is a rough one. Floors were sticky, TV did not work. It was advertised that there was a refrigerator and an included breakfast. There is a hole where the frig was supposed to be, and there was no breakfast, but instead there were vending machines if you wanted to pay for crusty old danishes. There is still residue on our shoes and feet from the floor, and the room, which was advertised as non-smoking smelled awful of smoke. We didn't expect the Ritz Carlton given the price and location, but had some expectation of a livable place to rest for the night, and this was not that! I wish there was a way to request a refund.

I will never go by pics online again. Place looked nothing like the picture. It smelled like weed. I wished I would have taken pics but I didn’t. Sink in bathroom didn’t work, door to the bathroom would not shut.

This property was very nasty. Wine stains on the box spring and floor. Hair in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and there was no microwave/refrigerator. The bathroom was very nasty I had to put towels on the tub floor to shower! People handing around outside and the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and room was unacceptable! I will not be staying at this property again!

The overall condition of the facility was appalling for a Wyndham reservation. Smokey hallways, dirty carpets, holes in the sheets! I left first thing in the morning and will never book again with Wyndham.

The guide channel on the TV was not useful for finding channels to watch; maybe it was user error. There was a microwave but no fridge, even though the cabinet appeared to have a slot for a fridge. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were a little unkempt – the grass needed mowing.
