I was so unhappy

I booked a suite.they wouldn't give me a suite. Down graded my room and made me pay 50.00 depot after i already booked and paid online. I will.never book there again even the Common area highways leading to the rooms are filtered

The place was dirty, the toilets didn’t flush right. Bed , sheets had stains. Service was horrible . I went and rented another room in another hotel so I came to return the key 30 minutes later and the guy told me he was not refunding my money like it was very inconvenient for him. We found a pice of wood with multiple spider eggs. The floors looked like they haven’t been clean for months. There was a substance vomit like on the floors. It was a horrible experience

I will not recommend it, no microwave oven in the room, bathroom dirty only one towel. I had to heat my meal in the microwave oven in the dining room and it was really dirty. And the lady At the reception was not really good for the job
