Customer service definitely needs some training . Upon walking into the hotel . I wanted to cancel and book another hotel but it wasn’t an option . The room was grungy; hair follicles left around the toilet , dark stains on the curtain; elevators were smoky smelling - elevators were super slow. The entire hotel was very outdated in appearance. The breakfast seemed to be leftovers and not appealing at all.

Great place to stay

Great free parking. Front desk staff were very pleasant checking in and out. The free breakfast was incredible. We have been on the road 2 weeks and this was the absolute best free breakfast on our trip. Kudos to the breakfast staff! Happy hour food and beverages were provided but we had our sights on other food and bev options. Several guests seemed to be enjoying the items provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are excellent. Very friendly. Shout out to Andrea in particular. the Tues-Thurs happy hour was a nice bonus when staying at a location more than a couple of nights. Laundry facilities easy to use. Bring quarters. Only wish the pool was open as temps still in mid to high 80sF. Closed after labor day.

I had a stressful issue when checking in. When searching for a hotel, I specifically requested a pet friendly property. Upon checking in, I was told that this hotel only accepts service animals, and my dog wouldn't be allowed without papers. This is not something you want to hear after 15 travel hours. One clerk was trying to be helpful and check us in, but another clerk interrupted and said it wasn't allowed. Ultimately, they checked with a manager, who was off site, and I was allowed to stay. I know that other Holiday Inn sites are pet friendly. I don't know why this hotel is not. You need to update your website to reflect this.
