Hotel cancelled reservation at 9pm

Hotel called at 9pm and canceled our reservation because they overbooked. We were just coming from an ask day dance competition and we’re exhausted. Very disappointing - you can’t rely on them to actually give you a room even with a reservation.

A but pricey but bed was comfortable.

We booked a night for a weekend travel volleyball tournament. We had to get a room with a sofa bed instead of 2 queens due to availability. There were no sheets or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Over all the room was clean and was fine for our stay. Breakfast was not included with the cost of the stay.

You won't be disappointed

My sister and I stay in your hotel for one night on our way home. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the dinning room and the service was exceptional and the food very tasty. I would stay again on our next trip.

Checked in with great ease but things went downhill from there. Breakfast for my family was a nightmare. Food came out uncooked and was sent back to kitchen . When new cooked plate came out it was worse. The food made me sick on my ride down south for over a day and the service was even worse. Only two customers in the restaurant and the service was almost non existent. I will never stay here again.
