My state was horrible. Everything was bad. I told the third-party I went through that the hotel was bad and they just let me stay there. They didn’t try to accommodate me for anything don’t book through Hooper or Hotels.com.

The facility was definitely aged, and I thought their breakfast buffet was going to kill me. I have never spent so much time on the toilet in my life.

Very basic hotel. Staff at check in was nice. Had dog so placed in a pet room. Indoor pool looked nice but didn’t use. Shower pressure was awful. Glad I stayed for only 8 hours and left early the next morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. However, the mini refrigerator was not clean, there was spilled soda in there. We didn’t eat the breakfast. It consisted of instant oatmeal, cereal, and milk, white bread for toast, sausage muffins that you would put in the microwave, and waffles that you could make. Also, there was a smoke detector that was chirping all night. All I can say is you get what you pay for and this is what we expected for the price we paid and would probably return.

After an awful day of canceled flights we decided to drive home. Stopped at 11pm to rest before a twelve hour drive and this was the only hotel with rooms. Now we know why….First Room was filthy with clogged toilet. Moved to second room equally filthy with questionable substances in bathroom and on wall, the safety lock on door was broken off. We had to push a chair and wedge against the door. Will never stay at a Sleep Inn again.
