My work takes me to this area and luckily this hotel has everything I needed to be comfortable while I’m away from home. People here are really nice and my room is always clean and neat.

There is no food offered on the premises but is very close to many different food options. The bed and room were clean and comfortable but my husband is disabled and had a hard time going up the stairs (which were wobbly and broken) but other than that my dog was accommodated and we were within a short distance to walking trails and grassy areas. We definately stay again. We have already stayed many times before and never a complaint.

Parking was tricky as they allowed transport trucks to park right in the parking lot close to the rooms. Smokers were right outside our door, which smelled bad (not hotel "fault" necessarily.

Awesome host (Mike) and overall an excellent choice if you are planning on a stay in Rocky Mountain House. My only suggestion would be that they give a little more attention to the state of the room. Not sure when the room was last vacuumed and simply pulling up the duvet cover over the sheets bundled up at the foot of the bed was disappointing. Still, despite these minor issues, I would recommend the Chinook Inn for your next stay in town.

When I arrived the property looked in need of some major TLC. That set me off a bit wondering if I made a bad choice of accommodations. BUT, the gentlemen was so helpful and courteous and the room was in great shape, renovated and clean I began to come around. It was a great stay.

Great Stay for work!

Booked the hotel for my son who’s working at Rocky Mountain this summer. The staff is fantastic, and hotel is clean and reasonably priced.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, however there was a definite smell of wet, moldy plant matter. Also, the shower had no shower head attached so the water just blasted out. Even for a 2 star motel that's pretty unacceptable.

DONT.STAY HERE

The room was ok. At 4 AM in the morning, in the next room the people were arguing loudly, I tried to call front desk, no answer. The people continued to bang walls, talk loud and I never slept. At 7 I called the desk again and complained. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for refund, they asked if I was going to rate service as poor, I said yes . They said no refund. We left at 8am, exhausted and drove 2 hours home. WORST SERVICE EVER
