House with barbecue on the beach 34km Port Aventura:
House of 190m2 is in a quiet area in the coastal town of Roda de Berà only 700m from the beach, 34km from Port Aventura and 58km from Barcelona Airport. It is divided into three floors and has a large terrace with an outdoor table, chairs, hammocks and a built-in barbecue. On the ground floor we find the entrance, a living room with a sofa bed for one guest and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor there is a dining room, main living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. On the second floor you have two bedrooms with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two people and a terrace. You will find a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven, washing machine, air conditioning in the living room, winter heating, fire place, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and parking in the surrounding area. Key collection takes place in the house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years old are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
