The 600-meter plot has a multitude of charming corners and areas to eat, have a coffee or just relax ... Located near the main beaches of Roda de Barà, the house has everything you need (towels, bedding, utensils) to make your stay as comfortable as possible, to make you feel at home.

Accommodation

It is a very quiet residential area and the nearest beach is 5 minutes away by car. A special and calm air is breathed in the upper part of the pool. Ideal to meditate and relax on the hanging swing.
It has a terrace with beautiful sea views and from the pool area you can also see the sea, in a very relaxed and calm environment.
The kids have lots of places to play and there is a ping pong table in the garage.
Access to the barbecue and pool area is via a small staircase.
It is possible to park at the door of the house.

Services and common areas

It is a private house with 600 m of land for private use and enjoyment.
There is a sports area just behind the house with paddle tennis courts, and they offer bar and restaurant services at very affordable prices.
The whole house receives filtered water with an individual osmosis circuit.
The service of gardening and maintenance of the swimming pool is given on Thursdays. The maintenance person has keys from outside the house and enters independently by calling the bell first to notify guests of their arrival.

The neighborhood

It is a residential and quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from the beach by car.
Just behind the house there is a sports area of the Roda de Berà Town Hall with paddle tennis, tennis, archery and large 25m pool and children's pool. They organize paddle, aquagim, aerobics courses during the summer season.
Despite being a sports area and being so close, from the house you can barely hear any noise coming from the premises.
The house is 800 meters from large supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Bonpreu, Mercadona)

There is communication with direct train to Barcelona and Tarragona from the Station of Sant Vicens de Calders (Comarruga), perfect to visit the most important of Barcelona during the day.
The house is very close to the 5 beaches of Roda de Bará, "Roc de sant Gaietá", "Long Beach", "Les guineus", "La Pelliseta" and "El Francás".
If you are traveling with children, the "PortAventura" theme park is only 20 minutes away by car. Roda de Barà is an ideal tourist destination to rest with children, family or friends.
