The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
* TOWELS & BED LINENS: Remove all used towels and bed linens (fitted/flat-sheets, pillow cases) and place them in a pile on the first floor. DO NOT remove the zipper pillow protectors/mattress pads
* DISHES: Load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the cleaning cycle * FOOD: Remove all food from refrigerator/pantry/cabinets
* TRASH: Empty all rooms into a large trash bag, tie and put them in the bins outside and roll it to the street * SECURITY: Ensure all the doors/windows on all the levels are closed and locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. It had everything we needed and was very clean and nice. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was a short walk to the beach over a little sand dune. Great for a large family or group of friends. Beautiful house and location.
