This renovated early 20th-century house, located in the village, offers exceptional panoramic views from the living room and terrace. Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet, shower room (toilet), boudoir with library, kitchen/dining room with living room (satellite TV with a range of foreign channels) opening onto a 22 m² terrace (garden furniture, plancha grill). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Weekly package €35 (plug) for electric vehicle charging. This cottage is ideally located between the sea and the mountains, on the heights of the village of Rodes.
