The property is part of Sonnenpark, a small, quiet complex with a few other houses. It's a semi-detached house, yet the location remains pleasantly peaceful, as confirmed by our guests.

The communal sauna operates with coins; guests need to bring their own coins, and 9 coins are required for 3 hours of sauna use.
