Keep the family together for a special occasion, college graduation celebration or even a small wedding on early American farmland. [NOTES: NO PARTIES and No outside, unpaid guests are allowed without written permission. (Weddings permitted for additional fee.)

Fence is not closed. Use leash with pets prone to run from owner. Plenty of room in back to play and poop.
