The "48 Hours in Le Mans" cottage is located in La Haie, on a large property 20 minutes from Le Mans and 30 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe.
Immersed in lush greenery, guests can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Located in a house adjoining the main house, the cottage is completely independent. It has a private entrance and parking on a 300 m² enclosed plot.
Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, electric oven, washing machine) with dining area and living area with a double sofa bed. There is a separate living room that can be converted into a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is a separate toilet. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sink. Upstairs, there is a large mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
