The only downfall I have noticed is that you can hear every foot step in the hall or the room next door. Couldn’t really tell, but it was entirely too loud. This could have been felt with in the construction phase. Obviously it was overlooked.

Best Value in Bentonville

My Place is the best value stay in Bentonville. The staff is incredibly helpful, the property is new and very well maintained. The rooms have a kitchen so it is ideal for short or long stays. I highly recommend it when visiting Bentonville.

This is a fairly new property and the property is very clean and very well maintained. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. Check in was very efficient. The location is fantastic! Very close to restaurants, car wash and shopping. The room, bathroom, and common areas were perfectly clean. I will definitely stay here again when i am in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel

The room was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Large tv and the bedding was absolutely the best ive had in a hotel.

Very nice and clean, reminds me of an extended stay because it has a full sized fridge, stove top, and sink! I gave 4 stars only because my top blankets were damp, maybe because they didn't let them dry. /good customer service!
