LOCATION

•We're located in a lake friendly community on Beaver Lake. Enjoy ease of access to 3 boat ramps within less than 10 minutes of the home.

• We've got parking for about 5 vehicles depending on size. The upper driveway can handle 1 vehicle or a boat trailer, then the circle drive on the side of the home would be great for any other vehicles.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

• All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
