The kitchen features New Appliances including: Large Refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and automatic ice-maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full sized Washer and Dryer (a must for large groups), and large flat screen Smart TV's in the main living room and lower level game room. Located centrally in the rolling hills of Scenic Heights Resort.

Three bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has a Queen bed. Two bedrooms are on the main level. The master has a king bed and private access to the Jack-n-Jill hybrid 1.5 bathroom, the 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed and share the 1.5 bathroom. The shared half bath and the master half bath share access to the common shower room through their respective doors. Two more bedrooms are downstairs, both with king beds, and share a full bathroom with washer and dryer for guest use. All bedrooms have closet space for guests. Cabin can sleep up to 8 people. Comes with two living spaces: a large, cozy family room upstairs and a huge game/living room downstairs with Ping Pong table, 60 game arcade game, and board games. Fiber optic WiFi, is hard wired to the Smart TV in the main living room with mini video port for streaming, and DVD player (No Satellite TV). Just outside the game room on the covered patio is a 6-person hot tub and outdoor seating. Downhill from the patio is the large manicured lawn with plenty of space for outdoor games and activities like soccer, baseball, practicing chip shots etc. A fire pit, perfect for toasting s'mores while gazing at the stars is just outside of the covered hot tub patio. The Very spacious kitchen has a large dining table and island with bar stool seating can seat up to 10.
