Wohnung wie beschreiben ,Eigenen Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck .Sehr netter Vermieter der immer erreichbar war .Hat uns Tipps gegeben was fĂŒr uns sehenswert sein könnte . Wir wĂŒrden gerne wieder dort hin reisen .

Nichts fĂŒr gerĂ€usch- und lichtempfindliche Menschen

Wir waren ĂŒbers Wochenende zu Besuch. Zur SommerwĂ€rme kam die HeizungswĂ€rme dazu, die es in der Wohnung unertrĂ€glich gemacht hat. Im Hintergrund lĂ€uft stĂ€ndig eine Anlage (evtl. Heizung oder Wasser), die dauernd GerĂ€usche macht und beim Schlafen stört. Außerdem kann man die AktivitĂ€ten (Schritte, Badbenutzung, RolllĂ€den) aus der/den Nachbarwohnung/en hören. Es gab in den Schlafzimmern keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, weshalb es jetzt im Sommer schon sehr frĂŒh morgens taghell war. Uns haben daher Stunden an Schlaf gefehlt. Die BettwĂ€sche war durch Haartönung verfĂ€rbt und muss dringend ersetzt werden. Ansonsten eine schöne FeWo. Wem die o.g. Dinge nicht so wichtig sind, wird sich dort wohlfĂŒhlen.

Lieblose Ausstattung, in der kÀlteren Jahreszeit Decken mitbringen

Möbel sind minderer QualitĂ€t , wahllos zusammen gewĂŒrfelt, passen nicht zusammen, Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer unbequem. Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer total durchgelegen. Das WLAN funktioniert nur imn einem Schlafzimmer und im Flur. Die Wohnung wird erst unter 19 Grad geheizt, der Vermieter ist nicht bereit mindestens 20 Hrad sicher zu stellen. Wir haben abends mit Decke und Strickjacke vor dem Fernseher sitzen mĂŒssen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr netter Vermieter, schöner Garten mit Sitz Möglichkeit neben dem Eingang , die Unterkunft liegt gleich an der Autobahn, man muss also nicht erst durch die Stadt fahren und fĂŒr Familien sehr empfehlenswert..
