This well-maintained and bright holiday apartment for up to 4 people is the ideal retreat for those who want to combine proximity to the sea, tranquillity and comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet house and offers a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and living area.

With around 60 m² of living space, the apartment has two separate bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds – ideal for couples, families or friends. One bedroom is additionally equipped with SAT-TV. The living and dining area is friendly designed and leads directly to the covered balcony, which invites you to have breakfast or relax with a sea view.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for an independent holiday: cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle as well as sufficient crockery and cooking utensils. Air conditioning and WiFi also ensure pleasant comfort on warm days.
The bathroom has windows, a bathtub, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

A special highlight is the proximity to the sea: The nearest pebble beach is only about 100 metres away and conveniently accessible on foot. A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity, and restaurants and the town centre are also quickly accessible.
