* The OUTDOOR offers a private heated swimming pool 7,7m x 4,4m with a Hydromassage and a Salt electrolysis water treatment without chlorine, a sundeck area overlooking the Adriatic sea with 6 sunbeds, 2 sun-umbrellas. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people with a grill (charcoal) and a direct approach from the living area. The garden next to it is filled with some typical Mediterranean plants, and some aromatic herbs along with the grill that you can use for your Croatian culinary experience.

*The GROUND floor offers a fully air-conditioned and stylish living and dining area (55sqm) with a direct approach to the outdoors (outdoor dining area and the pool). The kitchen (12sqm) is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Microwave oven, a Julius capsule coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle...), a kitchen island with 2 chairs, a dining table for 8, Living room with a sofa and a TV, a Media room (7,6sqm) with a sofa, a TV, PlayStation 5, A/C, and free Starlink internet (WiFi).
