This is the second time I've stayed at the Oxford Suites in Rohnert Park and I really like the hotel. The staff is very nice and the accommodations are nice and very clean! The rooms are huge and I love that there's a separate shower and tub with a separate water closet for privacy. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately i had a very bad experience . I contacted the general manager about my experience twice and Unfortunately i was not even given a reply from Oxford. I woke up in the am to find out there was no water in the hotel. I called down and was told that the water was scheduled to be shut off. I was not notified . I had an important meeting that morning and wanted to be ready. Unfortunately i had to shower by the pool like i was camping. Enoyees were filling up there water buckets next to me. I left to meeting and returned about 2 pm expecting to shower before my 4pm dinner with family. Unfortunately the water was still out and i was disappointed that i would have to take another camping shower. Unfortunately right before i could do that the fire alarm went off and i was rushed out of hotel with no shower again and i had to leave to dinner. I got a text a few minutes after i left saying it was a false alarm. At this point i was really disappointed.

The property is conveniently located in close proximity a casino (to which they provide a free shuttle). The staff was very polite and helpful, and the room was roomy and comfortable.

We stayed here several times a few years ago and the noise from other guests was excessive. Seemed like some guests were hitting the nearby casino a little too hard. Happy to report no issues this time.

Property was clean and staff was informative and pleasant. The hotel however didn't have working WiFi in our room, and the TV didn't have any news media. Also the Oxford is showing it's age with a lot of wear and tear.
