The "Unterlehenhof A" holiday flat is located in Zell am Ziller, in an old traditional mountain farm with direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people (1 bedroom has 3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds). The amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request.

The holiday apartment also offers a private balcony where you will enjoy spectacular mountain views.

The apartment is the perfect starting point for skiers in the wintertime and hikers during the summer months, as it is near the ski area "Zillertal Arena". There is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house (the ski bus is free of charge for skiers). The ski resort of Karspitz is just 5 km away, the cable car is 4 km from the property, and the amusement park of Rosenalmbahn Zell is located in the valley, just 4 km from the house.

The farm offers home-made products: Bread, butter, eggs, honey, jam and schnapps (the farmhouse has its own distillery). A bread roll service is also available on request.
