剛開始check in給的房間 沒有VIEW 跟訂房條件不符 (希望只是因為作業疏失 不要因為是台灣的客人 就差待遇) 經反應後 有調整換房 如果一開始就能符合訂房的內容 這樣 對旅客的住房感受會比較好...不會影響入住心情

尚一層充実した宿泊施設です。

2年ぶりの滞在でしたが、館内やサービス提供がリニューアルされていました。 対応スタッフも外国の方が多く就業されていましたが、語学も流暢でとても好感がもてました。 禁煙であるとか、サービス提供もさらに充実しておりとても満足できるものでした。また是非滞在したいところですしお勧めしたいところです。

温泉・ごはん・お祭、大満足です^ ^

青森県各地のお祭りを再現して一緒に踊ったり、迫力あるねぷたのダシを間近で見れたり、お祭りに来た感じでした。ごはんは予約をしないでそのまま入れるところでホタテ釣りの体験をして自分で釣ったホタテを食べたり、魚介の他青森名産のにんにく揚げと長芋、桜馬の刺身、美味しかったです。温泉もお肌がツルツルにになる良い温泉でした。夜の露天風呂は無機質な人工的なものが目に入らず、景色がとても良く感動しました。また泊まりたいです！
