AC was great. Breakfast was alright, you didnt go hungry. scramble eggs were eggs patties like on a McMuffin which I didnt mind. Potatoes were dry, buy everything else was good.

Moldy smelling room

The place really needs updating. The pool area was totally trashed. This place really needs major refinishing. My father inlaw stayed in a room next to the ice machine and it smelled like mildew. Was a horrible place for him.

Front desk staff was nice. Room was adequate, felt dated but clean. Bed was super comfortable. The big negative- taking a cold shower isn't pleasant and we had no hot water in the morning. It wasn't just our room because people in the dining area were complaining of their cold showers. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was barely warm and selection is limited, but it was enough to get us out the door without needing more food.

St. Robert’s Mo location

It was a good value for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The outlet for the air conditioner was hanging out of the wall a little. I didn’t like that I could see light from the outside around the door. Also the way the curtains were the air blew straight into the curtain. The staff was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by the options for breakfast. The eggs were a little rubbery but everything else was good.

We were literally the only people there! Room smelled like mildew. My husband, within 2 minutes of being in the room, killed 3 bugs on the shower. My dog got a ton of fleas from only being in the room 5 minutes. We couldn’t stay any longer than 5 minutes. Front desk would give us our money back but we left anyway! Reviews on Orbitz are mostly fake. It has not been updated, pool not open and gross, rooms not clean! Shame on Best Western. I thought they were better that that. Corporate should be appalled.

Overall we had a decent experience. The staff was nice and polite as they tried to explain my unexpected fees due to my kids ages. The room was nice and clean at first glance. However my son did get bit by bed bugs. Didn't get a chance to tell the hotel staff due to the fact that my son was being a kid and didn't say anything by check out.
