Waited at the front desk for check in for 30 minutes before someone came to check us in and then took 30 more minutes to check us in. No hot water in the building for our entire stay and no elevator to haul our luggage to the second floor. Rooms were not clean. Very loud in the evenings when your trying to sleep.

When I arrived, it took four tries to get a room that had been cleaned from the previous night. The pool and gym were good, except the treadmill was out of order. The room I ended up in was clean and comfortable. But the TV & remote had issues with changing the channel. The breakfast was basically non-existent. Coffee, small muffins, yogurt, cereal but no milk. Definitely not what was in the picture. Maybe they have a staff shortage or management issues.

Ran out of hot water even just washing my hands. Toilet in my room took at least 3 flushes to get pee down. Was not a smoke free facility. Worker smoking in entrance way right next to the front desk and it smelled horrible of smoke in my room. Pool was dirty and cloudy.

The front desk clerk was polite. The room was clean. The housekeeper (Angie) was so sweet and super kind.The breakfast consisted of waffles,cereal, toast. No milk, no eggs. If you're looking for real breakfast try Holiday Inn or somewhere else.

I tried the day before to request a refund on hotel as my child did not get sent to army base like planned and we were not going to be staying there. Property refused to refund me so I had to pay for 2 nights that I did not even get to stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The first room we had a broken TV so they gladly switched our room but the second room, it was difficult to have our key to work the door key lock. It took multiple tries to get the key to unlock the door even though they switched our cards. The ceiling in the bathroom had rust, the pool wasn't the best, wish it was warmer and just overall dirty and old. Other than that it wasn't a terrible experience. You get what you pay for.

Small staff seems overwhelmed. Breakfast was waffles and cereal and pastries. I miss the biscuits and gravy and eggs and sausage. $25 incidental charge at check in they said would be removed at check out. It was. First time I heard of that Perfect location for my road trip and close to many restaurants.

First not cleaned 2 nd room had a smell, heater only worked win turned on but did not stop no matter had to keep turning off to Cool breakfast bar where it said hot items empty waffle iron did have batter but syrup was just about empty toilet paper roll just about empty but no extra roll I have never sent a bad review about anything but was exasperated since such a high rating
