Pool extremely dirty lamp shad was broke in room was charged 25.00 after I was told it was only goin to be held in case of damages. Room keys so t work well had to keep trying over and over.

Booked two rooms with two queen beds over a month ago. Check in and have one room with queen beds and one room with one king. Go to the desk and am told they “overbooked” and will bring me a rollaway. Absolutely not! Asked for the manager, of course isn’t here, but was told I would receive a credit the next day for the mess up. Next morning, No credit, no manager, no one knows what I’m talking about. Left my number and was told the manager would call. Breakfast- that’s a joke. Enough eggs for 5 people and then no more. Sausage wasn’t cooked. No hot water, cold showers. Manager never called. No elevator. Day 2 - still not hot water. When checking out, no one had a clue again about the credit I still haven’t received. Still no manager. But was told she will call again today. I called and guess what? Manager unavailable… I would NEVER stay here and would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. I have been traveling for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this before. Absolutely appalled.

Nice hotel

Daughter was graduating basic training, hotel was recently renovated and nice. Only issue is, not a lot of hot water for showers. Other than that, it was a great place.

I loved the indoor pool. Treadmill was out of order. Breakfast was not refilled after 0830 even though it's suppose to end at 0900. Clean but a little dated. Safe. Nobody was ever at the desk. Had to ring the bell and wait for assistance. Overall, average place to stay.

4.5* Everything was pretty good. Only minor setback was that our sink wouldn't drain properly. It's very miniscule but it's still an issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and everyone was very nice. Give the staff a raise!

When checking in the woman at the front desk was nice, cannot remember her name. She left after our check-in. After that each employee we encountered seemed bothered by us for simply asking questions. They were also rude towards my children. The hot water in the bathroom barely worked. Two out of the five of us were able to take a hot shower while staying here.

Overall, the pool was good and the rooms were decent. We didn't like the fact that it took 10 days to get our money back. When we called we were told the manager would call back and she never did. We always had to ask for towels for the pool. The property could use some maintenance.
