Our 55 sqm one-bedroom apartment, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, is tastefully furnished with modern style and quality materials. The apartment is arranged as follows:

- Living Room: The heart of the apartment, furnished with a sofa that can easily be transformed into a comfortable double bed. You will find a flat-screen smart TV here, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. For those who need to work or simply desire a quiet space to read, there is a charming study/work corner, complete with a chair and a small table. The large window in the living room allows plenty of natural light and opens onto a small balcony overlooking a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat in the middle of the lively city. Additionally, a small loft located above the living area hosts a comfortable single bed and a chest of drawers with a light, creating a cozy and intimate space for an additional guest.

- Kitchenette: Fully equipped and designed to meet all the culinary needs of our guests. It includes everything necessary, including kitchen utensils, a MOKA coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and oven. Next to it, a dining area is ready to host breakfasts, lunches, or dinners in company.

- Master Bedroom: The bedroom is a tranquil oasis, featuring two large windows that flood the room with natural light. The furnishings include a spacious wardrobe that offers plenty of space to organize your belongings, a dresser with a flat-screen smart TV for maximum comfort, and two large mirrors that enhance the room’s brightness and space.

- Bathroom: Modern and functional, equipped with a toilet, bidet, spacious shower, sink with a large mirror, and a hairdryer. A courtesy set is also available to ensure that every need is met.

Additionally, the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning for the hot summer months, independent heating for the winter, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and clothes drying rack, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. For families with small children, a crib can be added upon request for €10 per day. The self check-in service allows our guests to arrive independently and manage their time with complete freedom.

It is a well-served area with everything you need within reach.
