Welcome to our 70 sqm three-room apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, perfect for your stay in Rome. The apartment is composed of:
- Living Room: Spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a dining table, and an air conditioning system. A window provides
access to a charming balcony, perfect for relaxing in the open air.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. You will find kitchen utensils, a MOKA for Italian coffee, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, gas stoves, a refrigerator with freezer, and an oven. A dishwasher is not available. Additionally, the kitchen has a small table with stools, ideal for having breakfast in the morning or chatting while cooking.
- Master Bedroom: This room offers a tranquil and comfortable retreat, with a large double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a spacious wardrobe for your personal belongings. A large window illuminates the room with natural light and overlooks a quiet little street. The room is equipped with a hot/cold air conditioning system to ensure a comfortable rest.
- Single Bedroom: This room is perfect for those who need a private and quiet space. It is furnished with a comfortable single bed, a work table ideal for studying or reading, a small wardrobe with a mirror, and a window that ensures natural brightness.
- Bathroom: The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, bidet, a large shower, a sink with a large mirror, and a hairdryer. The bathroom also has a window, ensuring ventilation and natural
light. You will also find a courtesy set for your comfort. The apartment also offers free WI-FI, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner. It is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous heating, to ensure a comfortable stay in any season. Upon request, a crib can be added for €10 per day.
