43 sqm apartment on the first floor (without elevator), renovated, modern and essential furniture in the Prati district, within the “Borgo” area that revolves around the Vatican City and the Vatican Museums. A beautiful red door opens up to this comfortable apartment. Upon entering there is a corridor with three windows overlooking Via degli Ombrellari, from this same corridor there is access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bathroom, which is the first room on the right, has a shower cabin and washing machine. The second bedroom, always to the right of the corridor, is the kitchen; it has everything you need for four people, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator. The living room has a sofa bed (double), a table with four chairs and a television corner. The bedroom has a double-door wardrobe, a bedside table and two single beds that can also be combined into a double bed (160cm x 190cm). The apartment is equipped with two hot/cold air conditioners and fiber internet connection with FTTH technology.
