This six bedroom three bathrooms was amazing for our stay of six people!!!! It was clean and bright. We loved having breakfast foods and the coffee maker was amazing! Beautiful balcony views and conveniently located near the Vatican.

It was a great place to stay for a large group. It had lots of rooms and bathrooms. It does lack for large open space, but each room has its own TV with a connection to Netflix. There was a market in the bottom of the building and a number of good, cheap places to eat nearby. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect place for large groups

This place was perfect for our large group of 13 people. There was plenty of comfy beds for everyone and a daily continental breakfast. My family loved the amazing espresso machine along with the every other day cleaning service. The best part is that my family felt safe in the neighborhood considering we have never traveled to Rome.

We had 13 people in this apartment (7 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. I can’t say enough about this property! It is close to the Vatican and a short cab ride to all the major places you absolutely need to see in Rome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. And the property manager Federica was very communicative throughout the whole process. She even arranged transportation for our party from the airport to her place. 5 stars all the way around. If you stay here you will not be disappointed

Great Spot in Rome!

The pictures are completely accurate and Federica Ricci was such a pleasure to work with prior to our trip. She was so helpful and responsive. I had a million questions and she answered every single one! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. When In Rome

Our stay in Rome was great. This property is ideally situated close to a Metro station, which we used to quickly get to major attractions such as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, shopping districts, etc. There are also lots of great, friendly restaurants in the neighborhood as well as a modern grocery store downstairs. The best part of this property however is the host. Federica is amazingly helpful and responsive. She provides breakfast treats and milk and juices which is very sweet of her. Definitely recommend this property.

Right size for the 10 of us.

We all enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We were grateful for the complementary breakfasts to get us going in the morning. The location was perfect - walking distance to the Vatican and metro with a grocery store on the first floor of the building. Our family enjoyed sitting around the large dining table for meals. The price fit our budget. Federica was a fabulous host. Responsive to all our questions on VRBO. It was also helpful to have housekeeping bring breakfast in advance and freshen the apartment with new towels and linens. I would highly recommend this place.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s. This one is outstanding. The owner is great very personable and very knowledgeable of the area. She arranged for us airport pick up and also ship port drop off. And even arrange for my wife to have her nails done in Rome. I have never had a host that was this nice of a host, I’m recommending her to my travel agent so she can get more business. Bring her a gift of American candy’s. The place was clean and near the Vatican. Grocery store and pharmacy very close. She gets 1000% in my rating.

Stay In Rome

Communication was easy with Frederica and she was very helpful. Check in was easy. We were a bit disappointed with a few things. There was a strong sewer smell in the apartment but once I contacted Frederica, she told me how to fix it, and that went away but was off putting at first. The coffee/espresso machine also did not work for the first 24 hours because it needed to be cleaned better. We found some stains on linens. Once I let Frederica know, she was responsive and took care of everything. There is not a lot of common space but bedrooms are nice and the beds were the most comfortable I have stayed in throughout my stays in Italy. The continental breakfast provided each day was also an added bonus.

Ideal para descubrir Roma

Hola, Fuimos un grupo de siete amigos y creo que fue la elección perfecta para nosotros. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y cómodas, algunas de ellas incluso con terraza. Los tres cuartos de baño son perfectos para un grupo grande como el nuestro. La cocina es grande y está bien equipada (adoramos la cafetera profesional). El desayuno en el apartamento es perfecto para no perder mucho tiempo y aprovechar para descubrir la ciudad. El barrio Trionfale nos es tremendamente céntrico pero está muy bien conectado y está muy cerca del Vaticano. En el mismo barrio encontramos opciones de restauración muy interesantes y sin tantos turísticas como en las zonas más centrales. Sin duda volveríamos a reservar este apartamento. ¡Gracias Federica!

Amazing amazing vacation rental

We really really enjoyed staying in this wonderful apartment. After long days of touring, we had spacious accommodations to which to return. We appreciated the cleaning that was offered 4 times during our stay in addition to the initial cleaning. Communication was quick and helpful and we felt so grateful to be focused on our time in the city and not on worrying about the accommodations.
