Independent house well positioned in a residential area in the center of Fiumicino Country yards away from the Sea, main street, dining area and all of the amenities the city can offer. Public transportation to all direction just at the door step, 5 minutes away from Airport, and 5 minute away from ancient Roman sites of Ostia Antica, Port of Claudius, Necropolis of Porto, and very close two Malls.
The house is on two floors with a large garden and patio with BBQ and dining space in the door you have a full equipped kitchen, family & Dining Room, Bedroom with Bath and a sofa bed. in the first floor two double bedrooms two bathrooms, and a corridor to access the large balcony.
