Started off with no proper commutation, check in was very un clear with lack of communication and the staff was no help. They still helped us with putting our luggage away and storing it before check in. However the problem aligned with the AC where I was told I can use it for a brief period of time which I did, however when we were checking out he yelled at me over the AC which I apologized for and told me to f*** off.
