Clean and Adequate but Lacking

The location was convenient to public transportation. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and the room was spacious and clean; however, the street noise just outside our window made sleeping soundly difficult. There was also a common kitchenette area outside our door, and we could hear everything every time another guest was using that area. The shower was small; my husband said it felt like washing in a phone booth. The shower also did not drain adequately, so we were forced to shut off the shower between washing and rinsing for several minutes to allow the water to sloooooowly drain and to avoid overflowing the shower pan. The drain really needs addressed, as it made showering unpleasant. IMO, expand the shower to something more modern and spacious and ditch the bidet. (Does anyone ever really use those things anymore?) Also, I didn’t really appreciate the host attempting to “sell” me an app, even after I messaged him that we were not using cellular data on our trip. And it would be much better if Hotels.com collected all the taxes at booking rather than being hit up for cash for city taxes upon check-in.

Sal is very welcoming and very helpful. The room were I stayed was great very clean and very accessible to metro train, restaurants, taxi, and to Vatican City.

This is a small B&B. There is only a small sign on the outside of the apartment building. One block from a subway stop.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati bene. La camera e il bagno non sono molto ampi, ma confortevoli. Il proprietario, gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha offerto il servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto, utile per chi non volesse stancarsi nel trascinare valigie, nonostante la posizione della struttura permetta di usufruire facilmente dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici. La colazione purtroppo rimane una pecca, che comunque può essere compensata da un buon caffè al bar di sotto.

B n B molto carino e accogliente, ristrutturato, pari a nuovo, con gusto. Si tratta di un appartamentino con 3 camere indipendenti che condividono un piccolo ingresso, un disimpegno e un cucinino. Il tutto situato al piano rialzato di un grazioso condominio ai piedi del vaticano. Molto comoda l area pedonale antistante la struttura che permette potenzialmente di parcheggiare l auto di notte. Unica pecca l'intenso traffico ma a Roma credo sia quasi inevitabile fare i conti con il caos. La camera dove ho soggiornato è ben curata, pulita e con un bagno piccolo ma ben organizzato: Servizi nuovi e di qualità e una doccia comoda. Non ho trovato i due letti singoli che avevo chiesto in registrazione ma credo non sia stata colpa dell albergatore bensì del portale. Infatti lui, premuroso mi ha contattato più volte prima dell arrivo per organizzarci. Soddisfatto nel complesso.

Súper cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado!!

Saul es un excelente anfitrión. La habitación estaba súper limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable. A media cuadra del metro y 10 min caminado al Vaticano.
