The hotel was okay. The location is great. We had great communication with Federica. The beds were comfortable but my feet hung over the end of the bed by probably 4" (I'm 6'3”). I had 2 rooms and neither room had hot water the entire time (4 nights). We had hot water for about 30 seconds and then it would turn warm-ish for 1-5 mins, then cold. The hotel was never able to solve the problem.

The staff was lovely and gave us dozens of recommendations for restaurants and activities, room was spacious with high ceilings and air conditioning. Bathroom was modern and nice. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location was brilliant, about 6-7min walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon in the middle of them all so really easy to go back for a lie down in the afternoon after a busy day sight seeing if we wanted to get out of the heat. Room was fairly small but had everything we needed with good aircon and we slept great. Staff were lovely, really helpful. Would definitely stop here again if (when) we come back to Rome.

Customer service was excellent. Directions and instructions were very detailed and clear. Great place to stay. The only thing negative I would say is that the shower is very small. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend it and would stay there again!!!
