Our problems began from the beginning of our stay. There was water in the kitchen running from the refrigerator to the floor. The entrance security nob was loose (problem never resolved) There was water dripping noise from the heating tubes in the room with the bunk bedsThe shutter did not open in the room with the bunk beds.After taking a shower on the 5th of December, I alerted the owner that the refrigerator had stopped working, there was no electricity going to the microwave. The walking shower ran freezing cold water or boiling hot water and the temperature gauge did not work.I explained that physically I could not get into the shower tub (this shower had hot water) and needed to use the walk-in shower. The temperature of the water issue became worse, and it no longer provided hot water into that walking shower area. There was hot water in the tub shower, sink or bidet. The owners send plumbers on December 11. who helped turn on the refrigerator and microwave, they replaced a broken pipe in the shower. The problem of the water flowing out of the refrigerator continued and the water temperature in the walking shower was freezing cold. I was forced to boil water in the stove to wash my hair. red flags

Showers were clogging and would accumulate too much water. Waited for code for check-in. One of the showers only had hot water coming out. Didn't have much toilet paper and no napkins or paper towels in kitchen at all. Got locked out on the last day and took more than 30 minutes to reach host & had to reach out to Vrbo support.

The apartment was in a great location, spacious and as described. However, we tried to get in touch with the owner prior to arriving and despite many attempts, we had no joy. The living room, where our two lads slept, was way too hot and needed a fan, we had to keep all the curtains permanently closed, we did try to ask about this before arriving having seen another poor review. The balcony was not fit for purpose, we specifically wanted a balcony to smoke cigars in the evening and the light was broken so it was dark and the seats in the picture were also broken. The owner asked us to take dining chairs out but the only part with light was narrow and we did not all fit. In addition to this, the toilet in the bathroom would not flush, which was awkward and unpleasant. I messaged the property owner and yet again, had no reply. The jacuzzi bath plug was filthy and blocked so the water kept building up when we used it as a shower. By this point I didn’t bother telling the owner as I knew he wouldn’t do a thing. Communication was appalling and added unnecessary stress, as we only got a reply as we arrived at the door with our four children. It’s a shame as this property has lots of potential but the owner was uninterested and not supportive.
