Good stay overall

Location was great, you can take the bus to the train station for only 1.50 euro. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk which was great. Saved a lot of money on taxi.

The hotel was nice. The lift was amazing!! Just would've liked some hot water in the shower and bathroom sink! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely really tasty.

Tidy and small

Kind staff and comfortable environment. Room and bathroom are very small and breakfast of poor quality and served in the room for lack of a proper hall. The room is so small that the only place to have breakfast is on the bed. Better to avoid breakfast and benefit of one the many bars in the vicinity of the hotel. Overall the hotel was a good one for my needs because I felt safe in leaving my PC in the hotel, since the few rooms were always watched by someone from the hotel. Many buses make that location very good for easy move to central part of Rome.

Leisure stay at Rome

The people there provided very good service. He even taught us how to get to attractions and gave us a map. However, since we walked from the train station with our luggages, it was a bit inaccessible.

The staff was really helpful. It was easy to walk from the hotel to some major attractions. However, the room was rather small and dingy. Breakfast was served in the room.

Decent for a 3 stqar hotel

Hotel was located within walking distance. Breakfast is very basic - convenience food - croissants in a package, yogurt and fruit with coffee and juice and cereal. It is nice that they bring it to your room. Staff is helpful. Only problem was the check in agent tried to charge us $10 Euros more than what we were quoted on Expedia, without checking his reservation book - good thing I had a copy of our Expedia email and reservation with us.

When in Rome

Nice stay in Rome. Very good service and lovely breakfast served in your room. Unfortunately no view, only windows to be opened to a very small backyard. Rather close to sightseeing, perfect for our vacation.

Good place

Responsive staff, new sheets and room cleaning every day, good breakfast and convenient location. There are mini-market in the same building and a lot of cafes around. The way to Venecia plaza takes about 25-30 minute.

Excellent accueil. Hôtel très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Par contre notre chambre était très petite. Bien situé entre Termini et la villa Borghese. De nombreux bus permettent de rejoindre le centre historique. Bon rapport qualité prix

Die Betreuung durch Mustafa war toll. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants bekommen und Mustafa war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ftühstück auf dem Zimmer war auch gut. Es gab jeden Morgen frische Chroissants. Die Lage des Hotels war ok. Wir sind jeden Tag in die Altstadt gelaufen. Es gab um die Ecke das beste Eis der Stadt und eine sehr gute Pizzaria.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Augustus.. The room we had was quite big, in a good condition and clean.. The bathroom was also nice.. The air-condition worked as it should and every morning we were served a good breakfast (we even decided ourselves when we wanted it to be served).. The host at the hotel is extremely nice!! There is not a single thing he won't help with if you ask him and he makes the stay even better and makes you feel like you are at home.. We will stay here next time we're in Rome!
