ElyRose is a newly and prestigiously refurbished, spacious and sun-lit apartment located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the four major basilicas in Rome, in the lively Monti district, at only 150 mt away from the tube stations of Vittorio Emanuele (line A) and 250 mt from Cavour Station (line B). It is right in the middle the Colosseum and Termini Station. This 120 sq mt apartment is the best choice to enjoy your stay in the Eternal city as it located at a walking distance from many touristic attractions and the area is full of wine bars, restaurants and shops. We are at your complete disposal before and during your stay with tht aim to make your vation in our property a very memorable one. We can organize the pick up service from and to the airport and to Civitavecchia Port, home made italian meals and guided tours.
The apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one: a master bedroom with a king size bed where a single bed can be easily be opended as folded to be a puff; a triple bedroom with both a king size and a single bed or 3 single beds; and a smaller bedroom with a king size bed. ElyRose House has 2 modern and elegant bathrooms (one with a hydro massage bath tub, to be also used as shower, the other with a large shower). Moreover, a large bright and fully equipped dining room with complete kitchen facilities and the access to the amazing terrace where you’ll spend some memorables moments! Each bedroom has an individual access to its balcony. The apartment is characterized by original, beautiful and colorful marble floors and high vaulted ceilings. It is fully equipped with air conditioning (in each room!), wi-fi internet connection and 3 TV SAT with about 200 international channels.
Termini Station (the main train station of the city) is at a walking distance with direct public connections from/to both airports.

We had a wonderful stay at ElyRose. Sandro and Cinzia were welcoming, arranged a private transfer from the airport for us, met us at the apartment to go over everything, and very timely in their communication. The apartment is located in a historic building and definitely gives you the Italian feel as soon as you step into it. Huge perks- washer, dryer, AC, beautiful terrace, and centrally located. Very close to Rome Termni station.

Four of us enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property for 3 nights. We were very impressed by the location being so close to some lovely shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the Colosseum aswell as 'hop on hop off' bus tours. Inside was very clean and tidy. The balcony off the kitchen looks over a beautiful church and the streets below. The property itself was extremely comfortable and offered much more than expected; there were hats and umbrellas, spare blankets and plenty of coffee for the coffee machine and we were left with a bowl of sweets which was a nice touch. The showers were good and the water nice and hot! The overall feeling was a home from home.After a day's exploring, we could either climb the stairs or take the lift to the apartment, it was great to have the choice.Everything we needed to know for our stay was carefully explained to us by our kind host who waited to greet us, even though our flight was delayed and it was getting late! Our transfers to and from the airport were also arranged for us effectively. All in all, a great place to stay and close to everything!

Very welcoming host. Had a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. The kitchen and back bedrooms were cooler than the rest of house, heat was on timers unfortunately. The kitchen glass wood door rubbed on floor when trying to exit to deck and wood at bottom appeared to be rotten . Door is in need of attention as it did not open enough to exit. Dryer being outside on deck was not convenient and did not seem to heat properly. Owner seemed surprised at kitchen door difficulty when giving us instructions on use. Hopefully those things will be addressed before future rental.

This place is a "must stay" rental! The host was waiting for us upon arrival to walk us through every step. They gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Reynardo was very helpful and friendly. The location is very easy to get to -- a 10 minute walk from termini (main) train station. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood next to a beautiful church. There are lots of restaurants and shops around you.It is a very large 3 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor There is an elevator that takes you to it or you can take the stairs. The elevator is a typical European elevator-- it is small. However, it worked well. You may have to take 2 trips to get all your luggage up.There are abundant amenities in this apartment. Aside from 3 bedrooms, there are two very modern bathrooms (with towel warmers). The kitchen easily sits 4-6 people and has a fridge, stove, range, washing machine, and dish washer. All were in perfect working condition. There is a beautiful balcony that overlooks the city and the church. It was winter time during our visit so we didn't use it.Overall, this was an excellent apartment that I will stay at again when I return to Rome. I highly recommend it!

Our host was very helpful through the entire process. They provided above and beyond service. They set up our transport company from the port and to the Airport. They made suggestions for touring, eating and enjoying Rome. Very nice apartment for 6 people. Close to everything. Awesome patio to have a wine and listen to chuch bells.

My five friends and I returned to Ely Rose for a second stay after our cruise. Since we were early, we were allowed to drop off our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned and we left until late afternoon. The apartment was spotless when we returned. This is a beautiful apartment right in the center of walking distance to everything. Although is was in the center of Rome, it was fairly quiet as it is up above the street noise. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are newly renovated with towel heaters. There are heatpumps to cool the apartment down if needed but we visited in October so we did not need that ammenity. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and laundry machine. The outdoor patio is lovely. Our hosts Elisa and Sandro were very communicative and helpful. They answered all of our questions in a timely way and provided a booklet of local sites, and recommended restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again when given the opportunity and highly recommend this apartment to other travelers.
