Reception host was rude (male), did not help at all with A/C not working properly in either room, rooms had small single beds that are very uncomfortable, a bad cot. Never again

For the price, you can’t beat it. The room was a good size, nice bed and furnishings. If you’re staying for just one night before you go to the airport, I would stay here. The neighborhood is eh. But there’s a mall across the nearby train tracks that has some ok food options. The shuttle to the airport was a small fee, but great. It ain’t the Ritz, but for what it is… A stay befor you fly out, I’d stay again

Staff was friendly. The check in process was fast & easy. Loved the snacks available for purchase at the lobby. The shuttle arrived on time. And the driver was friendly even though it was 5am. Highly recommend, especially if you have an early morning flight. Location is the best! We will definitely be back.

This is not an airport hotel. It is one stop away on train from airport. We waited 1.5 hours for shuttle which never came and then had to pay 40 euros to get to hotel. I specifically booked hotel for free shuttle. I emailed and messaged hotel and no response. Ali was a very good rep but the night man did not respond to our shuttle request and said he was too busy to answer my 3 phone calls! Return shuttle to airport is 6 euros which was good. Stayed in Zürich B and B Hotel and it was excellent. The shuttle arrived within 20 minutes. Also breakfast doesn’t start until 730 a m. Not early enough for business travelers

Shuttle bus is a joke

2 elevator, one of each not working and not indicated about it. Almost lost the shuttle to find enough room in the only elevator. Shuttle bus from airport late and didn’t stop in the designated area (from website zone 3) but it stopped at 5. In the way back the a/c in the bus was not working, with 40 degrees outside. Need to help the driver to load the luggages because he was throwing those Terrible experience, no worth for the money
