Although the images look inviting, the apartment is in a basement. The overall environment is reminiscent of a bunker, with a faint musty smell. While it’s wasn’t gross, it wasn’t as appealing as we were led to believe.

Nice stay

This was a large apartment fairly close to the main historic area. The management was very good about communication. I had an issue with the washer. They couldn't fix the problem but offered to pay for laundry service which they did. A bit of a musty smell but this is an older building so expected.overall a good experience. immediately

We had a fantastic experience. The communication from the team was excellent, and Sara and Giorgia were especially wonderful. The space was spacious and featured a full-service kitchen, which was a big plus. Its convenient location near Rome Termini and along the metro line made it easy to explore the city. The area felt safe, and the unit was clean and well-maintained. We were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The only downside was the noise level, which was understandable given its downtown location and proximity to the subway. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

Andrea ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Informationen, Erreichbarkeit und die Organisation der persönlichen Schlüsselübergabe waren hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Appartments war exakt wie beschrieben und sehr umfangreich.Leider gab es nur ein sehr großes Problem mit starkem Schimmel im Badezimmer in den Fugen und an der Decke. Neben dem Gesundheitsrisiko gab es auch eine unangenehme Geruchsbildung. Daher kann ich auch keine bessere Gesamtwertung als 3 Sterne geben, denn im aktuellen Zustand kann man die Wohnung aus meiner Sicht nicht vermieten, obwohl alles andere absolut in Ordnung ist.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä asunto. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen kunnon aamupalan valmistamiseen urheilevalle nuorisolle. Mutterikahvipannu ja kahvikone olivat iloinen yllätys. Majoittajan ohjeet ja vinkit (kaupat, ravintolat, liikenneyhteydet yms.) olivat erittäin tarpeellisia ja hyödyllisiä. Viestintä majoittajan kanssa nopeaa, tehokasta ja ystävällistä. Hyvä sijainti metroaseman läheisyydessä.
