This apartment is beautiful 
 a reader/journalist’s dream vacation property. It is located within walking distance of most Rome attractions (15-30 min walk) and there are several amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host is very responsive and provided several suggestions for restaurants. There is a laundromat a block away. We also found a gym about a five minute walk from the apartment.

Pablo has a fabulous place to stay. He was easy to communicate with and helpful. His apartment is beautifully styled in vintage journalistic media. It has comfy couches, lovely accent lighting, cute kitchen and good shower water pressure. We found a fabulous restaurant just around the corner called Cantina Pierazzuoli Ristorante Prati, we went twice it was so good. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing apartment!

Pablo’s apartment is stunning, gigantic, and very central. We had a wonderful time there, the apartment had everything we needed and more (his hand soap smelled amazing). I stayed there with just my partner but the place could have easily been split between two couples or a family. It felt more like a home than a rental property. Definitely recommend!

The perfect place for your stay in Rome

We loved staying at Pablo's apartment. It is located on a beautiful quiet tree lined street in Prati, a short walk to a Metro station and the Vatican. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed to make your stay in Rome complete. It was lovely to come back to this handsomely decorated apartment after a day of exploring Rome. We have stayed at a couple other locations on previous trips to Rome and Pablo's apartment will always be our first choice. Whether your in Rome for a long weekend or a couple weeks, this is wonderful place to stay. Book it while you can!

Relaxing Stay in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Pablo's apartment. It was comfortable and the very well equipped kitchen was much appreciated. Fantastic location and a lovely apartment. We would love to stay there again when we next visit Rome.

Very Cool Apartment!

Of all the apartments we've stayed in, this one definitely has a very cool vibe! My son and I loved our stay here. It just felt so comfortable! I don't know whether it was the high ceilings, the decor or what but it just had an awesome vibe. Also, the unit was fully stocked with all basic necessities which was very nice. It is also very safe since you have to have a key to enter the courtyard, another key to enter your building then another key to enter your unit. A bit noisy at night if you're not used to city noise. We just kept the windows closed. The only negative for us was that it was a significant walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon. Over 35 minutes. However, this was our mistake when we booked and nothing to do with the host. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican which is what it is listed as being close to. We loved our stay here!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment

The host has a spacious apartment; living room, second bedroom, master bedroom (comfy bed) and two bathrooms. The kitchen is complete with all cooking needs. The apartment has a very pleasant atmosphere, host very responsive. Great neighbour hood area, lots of restaurants, coffee bars and shops. We walked all over to all the main sites, if you prefer there are bus options right out the front door. Would absolutely stay again!

Large& interesting Ponti apartment

This very large apartment was a good home for our week’s stay in Rome. The apartment is well located 2 blocks from a major subway stop in Ponti & an easy walk to the Vatican and Tibur. It is located within a large community of apartments located in a courtyard in a very typical Roman residential neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, groceries and good shopping nearby. The apartment is comfortable with multiple sofas and seating areas. It does lack storage areas for guest’s possessions other than a clothes rack - but plenty of space to layout clothes etc. Pablo is very responsive to text/ phone. If you read Italian you are in heaven w/ an enormous library we were lucky that Pablo was unexpectedly at the apartment when we arrived—- otherwise we doubt we would have ever figured out the front door key or heat controls
 just picking up the keys from the doorman wasn’t a sufficient orientation. But we learned the tricks quickly w Pablo’s in-person help. We loved the expresso maker and enjoyed home cooked dinners after long days of exploring Rome. If you are willing to walk and subway a bit - this is a great location to enjoy a non touristic Rome

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour Ă  Rome et dans ce bel appartement trĂšs bien situĂ©. Je souligne la propretĂ© des locaux, les Ă©quipements disponibles et la qualitĂ© de ces Ă©quipements, la dĂ©coration. Ma fille et moi nous y sommes senties bien, comme Ă  la maison! On regrette de n’avoir pas pu y passer plus de temps lors de notre sĂ©jour :-). TrĂšs bonne literie et linge frais. Tous les commerces importants et restauration supermarchĂ©s accessibles Ă  pied, mĂ©tro et bus Ă  deux pas aussi. Belle mention pour la disponibilitĂ© et serviabilitĂ© du propriĂ©taire. J’y retournerai et recommande absolument.

Appartement élégant à 20 minutes de marche du Vatican.

Vaste appartement, bien équipé, dans un quartier agréable (Prati). Métro à 300 mÚtres, et principaux sites (Panthéon, Piazza Navona, Fontana de Trévi) à distance de marche. Nous avons eu, ma soeur et moi, un trÚs agréable séjour à Rome.
