This is a newly renovated room. Very clean and quiet. We had an issue with hot water and they were able to move us to a different room the next day. Communication was great and this place was within walking distance to all tour sites. I would recommend staying here.

Nicola was a gracious host - he met us on arrival and showed us to our room. He also graciously arranged our airport transport and was readily communicative whenever we needed dining suggestions or anything. Great place for an affordable price

A good place to stay if visiting St. Peter’s basilica or anything in Vatican City. Just a brief 10 minute walk for half the price of hotels in the area. Staff was very accommodating when arriving and gave great suggestions for food and directions. A short walk got us on the metro, so we explored much of Rome from here. Highly recommend.
