I recommend a stay here if you are someone who wants a clean and quiet place to stay. There was minimal fuss and is walkable to Roma Termini Station. Staff were friendly and helpful when I needed anything. I would recommend a stay here.

If you’re looking for a stay with a residential feel, this is a great place to stay. Very convenient to get to from the train and within walking distance to all monuments. I loved the key pad entry to the room and building, staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Solid hotel below the surface

When you first arrive you'll likely think the hotel was a bad choice (Based on surface condition) but once you get settled it's actually a very comfortable hotel. Bed was supreme. Balcony was a great relief with cool breeze and view. Hotel was whisper quiet the whole time I was there even though it was fully booked! Wifi is good. It's a budget hotel so no frills here. The only thing that kind of bothered me was they never cleaned the tea mugs after use or refilled the tea bags, even though I stayed 3 nights. Location is average for price not to close, but still walking distance to most sights.

i was surprised that the location was next to an xxx cinema, although that place didn't seem to operate much. the walking distance was fair enough, but for me who had a full day walking trip in rome, walking from station to the hotel felt tiring. other that that, room was nice but a little dusty at first.

Great hotel for my girlfrienf and and I. Definitely recommend this place, the check in host was also very friendly. We liked roma ramona gellato nearby and the pizza nearby. There was also a laundromat down the block. The best feature was the modern AC air conditioning for the hot and humid Rome june. We had booked the three bed bedroom because a friend was staying but word to the wise, its only a cot, which could have been stated somewhere I didn't see.

This is not a hotel

This is more like dormitory or guest house. It was clean but, It is like somebody's house which has a few bed room with bathroom. I could hear people arriving and leaving. If it states guest house or dormitory, I would not booked. But people there were nice and try to help me.

Great location, very nice staff!

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, except the bed was not the greatest. Other than that, location, staff, price & breakfast was great! Would recommend and stay there again. Great value.

Nice hotel and staff

I've stayed at other places in Rome but really had a nice stay at Bon Ton.. Elevator, Staff is very helpful, room is very comfortable and close to metro. The staff is only there 8amto 8 pm so be sure to ask your questions while they are there. A no brainer if you are looking for a great value close to main attractions

Location was good and we felt safe. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was nice. Bathroom could use an upgrade, and we had some trouble with the hot/cold water. Overall satisfied with our stay
