The location was excellent and the spa at the end of each day was a wonderful way to recover from the long walks through Rome. And the staff was really friendly. We would like to return!

Despite advertising the spa and “hot tub” it was barely 80 degrees. When we asked the staff they said it was as hot as it can be. The private spa however was stunning and the sauna was great. The location is AMAZING. 30 min walk to Colosseum and Forum and 10 mins to Vatican City. Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps only 15 min walk. The Piazza Novena was just a block over. 100 percent would book again on the location and price alone. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping came every morning.

We paid for a superior room, there was nothing superior about it. It was a tiny room with a window that looked out into a dingy enlcosed courtyard. There was a spa use included in our booking which we tried to use twice but both times were told the spa was full, sorry. Overall location was good but we did not get what we paid for at all and were put in a shoebox of a room, pictures are extremely misleading.
