The elegant apartment of 75 square meters (net) with antique wooden ceilings, has been completely renovated.
Located on the third floor (no elevator) of a building of 1600 in the historic center of Rome.

The apartment is located in a closed traffic area and overlooks the small square called Largo dei Librari, with the beautiful church of Santa Barbara, the year 1306, 50 meters from Campo de 'Fiori.

 A few steps from all the main monuments and museums of the city, such as Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Tiber Island, Trastevere, Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, the Teatro Marcello, the Bocca della Verità, Via del Corso, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza San Pietro, the Vatican Museums, Castel Sant'Angelo and much more.

We stayed at the Campo de' fiori House in the historic center of Rome, and it exceeded our expectations. Located literally steps from Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon, this apartment offers an unbeatable location for sightseeing. It’s nestled in a tranquil square—Largo dei Librari—with vibrant cafés and a lively market just seconds away.We actually booked the apartment a day earlier than our scheduled stay so that we could head straight there from the airport, shower, change clothes, and immediately make it to our Vatican and Colosseum tours. That flexibility alone made the start of our trip smooth and stress-free.We stayed here for two nights before leaving on a cruise the third day, and it worked out perfectly as a base to explore the city and still be close to everything we needed.Our host, Francesca, was incredibly responsive and attentive, even arranging transportation and providing helpful local insights.

Great A/C and location on cute square near Campo di' Fiori

We really liked the location of this apartment! When you come out, you are right on a little square with a few restaurants and bars. It was a little noisy in the main bedroom until about 11:00 pm, but that wasn't a problem for us. We also really liked that we were just 2 minutes from Campo di'Fiori. The A/C and furnishings were also great!

Fantastic apartment right in the middle of one of Rome’s best locations . Lotsa stairs but easy access to apartment and nearby Piazza. Plenty of nearby shops, daily outdoor market, walking distance to everything you want to see . Stop looking and stay here! We will definitely return

Perfect location!

Francesca was a very responsive & informative host. The apartment is in the perfect location, on the cutest little square, few steps away from Campo di Fiori and walking distance from every tourist site. The steps to go up to the 3rd floor are quiet a challenge & my 78 years old dad was definitely looking it as a work out but it was notified on the rental, I guess it is just a gentle reminder for people who live in America since we are not used to walking up 3 storage of stairs. Despite the stairs everything was just perfect! We will come back!

Amazing location with cafe's and restaurant's just outside the front door. The fresh fish place was excellent. The apartment was clean, spacious and airy. We truly felt like we were in Italy. The only potential downside were the number of flights of stairs. We had our son carry up the suitcases. We would definitely stay here again.

My family (3 adults, 2 children ages 8 and 4) spent 3 nights at Campo de’ Fiori House and absolutely loved it. I honestly think you can’t find a better location to stay in Rome. We loved being able to walk to the market in Campo de’ Fiori in 2 minutes, plus the fact that there is a breakfast cafe about 10 steps away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and charming. Francesca the host was incredibly kind and helpful. She arranged van rides for us, and even helped us purchase tickets to the Pantheon. I would not hesitate to stay here again on our next family visit.

This property was great! It was really cute, very clean and the bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable! Lots of great shopping close including the market at Campo de Fiori. It was a really great location! We definitely had some challenges getting transportation around Rome, but overall we had a great time!

Great week in Rome

Our week in Rome was outstanding and Francesca was an excellent host! She reached out to us in advance with helpful information before we flew from the US to Rome. She is very articulate and gave detailed instructions and helpful information. She also responded to our couple questions almost immediately. This location was absolutely perfect for us to get to any of the major sites within minutes of walking. We had everything we needed close by including a variety of excellent restaurants, a grocery store a block away as well as an open-air market with all the fresh produce we needed to enjoy a couple home cooked meals at the apartment.
