Bright and cozy apartment, a few steps from the Vatican Museums and Saint Peter Basilica can host up to 6 people.

Recently renovated, located on the 5th floor of a residential building dated back to 1800, with elevator.

The apartment is very quiet, consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms, 2 recently renewed bathrooms with wide showers, a living area with table, chairs and a sofa, a cozy fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony facing the internal courtyard.

The apartment is located in the well known Via Candia (Prati district), street full of shops and well connected with the A line Metro service (Cipro or Ottaviano stops).

Equipped with A/C in all bedrooms , TV and central heating.

We were welcomed warmly by the check in person. Wonderful location and within walking distance to the Vatican and a Safe neighborhood. The sleeping accommodation were perfect for our situation. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Only negative was that we were charged extra for towels and the elevator broke after the first day so being on the 5th floor made an exhausting trek up the stairs after a long day exploring the city.

Great location and comfortable stay

This was a fantastic jumping point for all that we wanted to see in Rome. Everything felt incredibly accessible on foot: a 5 minute walk to the Vatican Museums, 15 minutes to St. Peter's Basilica, 20 minutes to historic downtown, and within 5-10 minutes of two Metro stops. The apartment is comfortable, clean, the kitchen is decently stocked, including a Nespresso coffee maker, and the hosts even provided dishwasher tablets, dish soap, as well as personal soap and shampoo/body wash for each guest. There was a market just a clock away, and plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Highly recommend La Soffita Renovatio, Mama Eat, Memorial, and El Maiz!Fillipo was very communicative leading up to check in, even waiting for us when we were delayed an hour, and he provided great recommendations for our stay.This is a great, simple, comfortable, apartment for your visit.

Fantastic stay

We love the apartment. It was spacious, modern and stylish with plenty of local charm, easy access to everything we need, walkable to the Vatican and into Rome on a beautiful day (or a 20 min cab ride or bus). The beds were very good, the rooms were big, and the AC was effective even in the heatwave. The check in process was quick and smooth. The manager was responsive to any questions.

Stay near Vatican

The apartment was very clean and comfortable - and nicely located near the Vatican. Check in was a little stressful because the hosts could not confirm a check in time in advance - and we did not have access to phone or internet during our pre-Rome travels. There were also signs in te apartment warning us that our air conditioning usage would be monitored and that we would be charged for overuse. I appreciate that air conditioning is expensive - but the signage was not welcoming, especially in 98 degree weather. Other than those two relatively minor issues, the stay was great.

Short Rome Visit

Our two daughters, my wife and I spent two nights in the apartment. It is in a great location and very well kept apartment. Elevators were great to help get bags up and downstairs. Would definitely recommend this apartment. The Vatican is nearby as are shopping and dining options. We highly recommend Zia Rilla restaurant (about a 5 minute walk). Loved staying here!!!

A perfect flat for your Rome holiday. Easy access and wide variety of local food shopping. Good local cafes and choice of restaurants worth exploring. Conveniently linked by buses and subway to other parts of the city. Iwe highly recommend.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage - ein abendlicher Spaziergang zum Petersplatz ist kein Problem, kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Klimanlage in den Schlafräumen war super! Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur lief reibungslos, als das Warmwasser ausfiel, war das Problem schnell behoben, obwohl es Sonntag war.
