The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. This is a place with your basic needs and some extras. It has AC, washing machine, hanging rack, dish washer, steam iron, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Its on the 4th floor so you can comfortably sleep with the window open although the streets can be noisy at night so come prepared with earplugs. It didn't bother us much though. The mattresses were comfortably firm. It was spacious and clean. There is an elevator in the building. Filipo met us for check in at 3pm and was very friendly and gave us an excellent recommendation for Trastevere. We would definitely stay here again

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment in the middle of Rome

This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 for our first visit to Rome. It is centrally located to many of the historical sites (Coliseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) and a 5-minute walk to the metro. We stayed here 4 nights. There are several highly rated restaurants and a small market nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appear to be recently renovated. We would definitely stay here again.
