The apartment was great, clean and plenty of room. The bed was comfortable. There is a washer which was great - packed less. The owner was great and shared many of his local favorites. I highly recommend this place.

This was truly one of the best B&B experiences we’ve had. The apartment is fully renovated, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—with air conditioning in every room, a spacious kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was served at Lemongrass Café, about a 7-minute walk away, and it was amazing! The coffee, pastries, and especially the gelato were absolutely delicious—some of the best we’ve ever had. Massimo, the owner, is incredibly kind, calm, and attentive. He clearly cares about every guest’s experience—and he also makes fantastic gelato! Max, the manager, was always available and responsive, which made our stay even smoother and more enjoyable. The location is perfect: only a 15-minute walk to the Vatican and just 5 minutes to the metro, making it easy to explore all of Rome. If we could give it 10 out of 5 stars, we would. We’ll definitely be back!
