A good budget option. Cannot fault the lovely helpful and friendly staff and the place was kept scrupulously clean. A wide choice of breakfast items which set us up for the day nicely. The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of Rome - with some excellent local restaurants for those too weary in the evening to venture back into town. Had top class spaghetti and clams in the Pescetta Fish Restaurant (which is a little hidden gem) and great meals in Vecchia Roma and Tempio de Mecenate, all within a block of the hotel. A couple of niggles though. The beds are small and rather uncomfortable - a bit hard and creaky for us. The soundproofing between floors is insufficient so we could hear every footstep above us. The hotel is otherwise really quiet and peaceful so perhaps putting up with the occasional noise of someone dragging chairs around at 5.00 am is not too high a price to pay. And we found the place was kept rather too warm for those used to bleak English weather. Certainly these niggles would not stop us staying there again though as the positives far outweighed the negatives. Overall, a very good option and we had an excellent time staying there. Cant wait to return to glorious Roma!

The stagf was very nice. Room was clean and the private terrance was lovely. There was a nice variety for breakfast which was great as well.

Loved this place! Clean, quiet, economical, and efficient that comes with a great breakfast each morning. The balcony was a treat. Masha at front desk was extremely helpful with all our questions and had great tips and suggestions. It ain’t fancy schmancy but it was perfect for our first stay in the eternal city. Spent four nights here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful clean property with great friendly staff. Breakfasts are very good too. Nice location - near some good restaurants and important landmarks as well an easy walk to the train station. . Definitely recommend staying here

THIS PLACE IS BASICALLY A CONVENT. If that's your thing, you'll love it. Wasn't mine. I get to my room, very basic, a bed, a Bible, a cross over the bed and a TV. I checked out same day. If you literally just need a place to lay your head, go for it. I wanted a comfort, cozy feel
