This place was perfect, we all had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very quiet and pretty. We walked to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Gladys was very easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely come back here again soon.

I'll keep it real, I was nervous about booking this place for my last minute summer trip to Rome. I didn't have much information to go off of, and it was hard to find anything about it. However, it turned out to be FAR better than I thought! The location is very convenient. The Coliseum is about a ten minute walk away, and the Termini is only about fifteen minutes. The neighborhood is astoundingly very quiet, and also very safe as well. Gladys was an amazing host, and treated me with kindness the moment she met me. She gave me a recommendation of decent stores and restaurants in the city, and even arranged for a driver to drop me off with my checkout time. The room is perfect if you just want a decent place to stay while you explore the city. It really does feel like you get your own crib. I liked that everything was completely clean from the moment that I walked in, and there wasn't anything that made me feel like the value didn't match the price. I tend to sleep with earplugs in, but even without them on there was never a moment where I noticed any distracting noise either from inside or outside my room. After seeing how busy and crowded things got within most of the city, I started to appreciate the area even more. I really enjoyed my stay, and I'm glad I took a chance on this one. It's the definition of a hidden gem and one I'd recommend if you're looking for something more peaceful. In fact, this would actually be my first choice the next time I come back!

Spacious, clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, close to attractions especially colosseum and train stations, kitchen was well equipped, elevator, beautiful building and layout, washer, heated towel racks helped dry clothes.

This is an amazing apartment. 2 bedrooms and very large. Clean and comfortable. Just a half mile from the Colosseum, so an easy walk to the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trajan's Forum, Vittoriano and many other sites. We would definitely stay here again.

We went for a week to Rome my husband and adult kids. The master bedroom was on the other side of the twin beds which made for great privacy. I recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome. The host was nice and very helpful.

We absolutely loved the place,clean and quite,it has everything you needed.Grocery stores nearby and Colosseum is just 8 minutes walk,Metro station is walkable too.Gladys helped us, she gave us a map and showed us how to navigate,she let us borrowed umbrella as well as it was raining one afternoon lol,just love everything really in this place from the apartment to the staff just awesome,highly recommend and would love to comeback one day again.😄

We traveled as a family of four (two parents, a 17-year-old daughter, and a 15-year-old son) over spring break and had a fantastic stay! The weather was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s within walking distance to the Colosseum, and the park in front of it became one of our favorite spots—perfect for morning strolls, coffee, and breakfast. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds, which made resting after long days of exploring easy. The kitchen was just right for our needs—we cooked a few dinners during the week, and it had everything we needed. Grocery stores were within easy walking distance, and there’s a helpful book in the living room with directions to nearby grocery stores, cafés, coffee shops, and more. The apartment is also close to the train station, making travel convenient, and there’s a café located right downstairs. The only minor issue was the small shower—it’s a bit tight, especially if you’re trying to shave your legs—but manageable with a little maneuvering. One of the best compliments we can give: our teenagers said they’d love to go back! This was a clean, cozy, and convenient home base for our Roman holiday. Highly recommended for families.

Five star family gem

This property is absolutely brilliantly managed, by a friendly and efficient team who will WhatsApp with you ahead of arrival to ensure things go smoothly. The apartments themselves are clean, large, and brilliant for a family stay. Ours had a HUGE outdoor terrace with a lounge area AND a dining table. Perfect for catching some morning sun at breakfast. The property is slightly tired, seen in little things like the fact the bathroom mirror has eroded edges and the shower tray is worn out (but still very clean). If you are looking for opulent luxury, this isn’t it. If you are looking for the absolute perfect place to stay with kids, near the Colosseum and a ton of perfect family friendly restaurants and coffee places, this is your spot. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else on our next trip to Rome.
