Nice neighborhood and room is OK

Nice neighborhood and location is good. The place was OK and bit of old. It didn't have coffee machine and microwave though. The shower takes long time to have hot water.

Very friendly hosts with helpful communication and smooth check in process. Great location 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious, secure accommodation with everything you need - although a kettle would be a great addition. Only issue is some damp smells in the apartment.

Great Location

The property was nice and we enjoyed our 3-night stay there. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location is great. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum. There is a small grocery store about a block away. There is a nice, little café just outside of the apartment complex. The only issue we had was intermittent hot water.

Wonderful!

Gilda was a very gracious host with great communication Property was perfect for our group of 5. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was close to Colosseum area but other areas like the Vatican required a taxi or public transportation.

Great experience!

The property was wonderful and the hospitality of the host even better. We arrived a little early and they accommodated us wonderfully, very flexible and understanding. Very nice location and good advice on shopping and eating, a wonderful experience, very nice family that make you feel at home.

Great location and great apartment.

Greeted warmly by owner who explained everything in the apartment. Just down the street from the Archbasilica of Saint John Lateran. The second most important church in Rome after St Peter basilica at the Vatican. Also the Lateran Egyptian obelisk which is tallest one in Rome. Supermarket just around the corner. Some great family run non tourist restaurants near by. Very secure building.

Nice property in the middle of a nice neighborhood. Property is listed as 3 bedrooms. It’s only 2 bedrooms with a fold out bed in the living room. We expected and paid for 3 bedrooms and had make adjustments because there is only 2. Please list the property correctly.

Nicely located and spacious apartment

I spent ten days in the apartment with my family. It is very well located, a short walk from several popular sights, with convenient connections to the subway lines and buses. The apartment is spacious, with two separate bedrooms, the second bedroom perfect for children. The washer and the bathtub are very helpful.

A very comfortable apartment in Rome

We enjoyed a short stay at this apartment. The location is good, not too far from the Colosseum and other popular ancient Roman sites. Also not too far from the nearest subway station. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area, but some within a few blocks. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen and there is a large grocery store just a couple of blocks away. The apartment is well set up for up to 4 people, and it's tastefully decorated with art work. We would stay again.

Cute apartment in a great location.

Hosts were very friendly and communicative. The apartment was exactly as listed. Very clean and tidy. It met all of our needs. The location is amazing! Walking distance to the coliseum and close to a metro stop. Definitely a great place.

Home away from home

We loved our stay at Gilda's home in May, 2023. Gilda and her husband greeted us when we arrived and welcomed us to their home with wine and a lemon pie. The home is beautifully decorated with artwork from around the world, comfortable couch and chairs and comfortable beds. The kirchen has everything you need. We appreciated having a washing machine and a lovely deck with a place to hang clothes to dry. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk to the Colloseum, Forum, Palantine Hill and many other sites. We loved the location. If we are ever lucky enough to travel back to Rome, we would stay here.

Amazing apartment near the colosseum

Wir reisten mit fünf Personen an und blieben 6 Tage. Wir wurden von den Besitzern willkommen geheißen und durch das frisch gesäuberte Apartment geführt. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Kolosseum ist zu Fuß erreichbar und auch andere Attraktionen sind schnell zu erreixhen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Très bon contact avec Gilda et son mari ! Très bel appartement conforme à l’annonce, très bien situé, au calme et à proximité à pied du Colisée et des transports en commun (bus et métro). Séjour parfait ! Nous étions 6 et avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain et la climatisation.

Gilda a été au top pour nous arranger après quelques déboires dus aux instructions via Abritel qui n'étaient pas raccord avec la propriétaire concernant l'ajout d'une personne en plus .. Ceci étant réglé nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! L'appartement était propre et bien situé conforme à l'annonce hormis la photo montrant un jardin devant une bâtisse qui est celui d'une bâtisse située non loin de l'appartement mais pas devant celui-ci

Bel appartement spacieux

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartementde famille. Toutefois, le matériel de cuisine etait insuffisant, pas de bouilloire, pas de cafetiere électrique, insuffisance de casseroles. Du point de vue sanitaire, grandes difficultés pour avoir de l eau dans une chambre . Malgré cela, nous y reviendrions volontiers.

Appartement très bien situé, agréable, propre, calme et spacieux. La climatisation est appréciable. Nous étions 5 adultes. Les transports sont à proximité bus, métro. Le Colisée est à 10mn à pied. Idéal pour découvrir Rome.
