Quiet and cozy apartment near the centre of Rome. It has been restored in 2023, facing South and very sunny. The apartment includes a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a sleeping room for two and a bathroom. It is ideal for two but can accomodate up to four people. The kitchen includes everything you can need: Nespresso coffe machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, pans, dishes and cups for four. The building is located in a green area with playgrounds for kids, 5 minutes from Ponte Milvio, 2 minutes from the Auditorium, 600m from the MAXXI Museum, 2 km from Stadio Olimpico, 5 tram stops from Piazzale Flaminio and Piazza del Popolo.
