Excellent Experience

We have just arrived back in UK after the most beautiful week in Rome. What made this trip for us was the Host of our accommodation. Valentina. She was so willing to help make our stay go smoothly going beyond to accommodate us. We are not experienced travellers by a long stretch and helping with taxis locations at whatever time Valentina was on call.Our apartment was spotless. Bed so comfortable and as it was march and still chilly, the apartment was warm and cozy. We felt so at home with no problems or issues.I recommend this property for couples only.

Verschimmelte Wohnung

Mein Aufenthalt hat so lange gedauert, bis ich ausgeladen hatte und mir die Räume angeschaut habe. Danach habe ich alles wieder ins Auto geladen und es bevorzugt im Auto zu schlafen. Die Wohnung scheint auf den ersten Blick sehr sauber zu sein. Doch wenn man ins Bad geht und dann ins Schlafzimmer, findet man Schimmel und das nicht zu wenig. Neben dem Kopfende des Bettes ist die Wand mit schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt. Die Dame hat einen Nachttisch davor gestellt, damit man es nicht sieht. Doch so bald man die Wohnungstür öffnet erstickt man geradezu von den billigen Raumdüften, die den Schimmelgestankt übertünschen sollen. Zudem hat die Dame die Polizei gerufen, weil sie meinte im Recht zu sein, doch auch die Polizei hat mir recht gegeben, dass dies gar nicht geht. Wir gaben ihr den Schlüssel zurück und hatten leider unser wirklich teures Geschirr mit Essensinhalt im Kühlschrank vergessen. Die Dame hatten wir mehrmals angeschrieben und angerufen, doch sie weigerte sich uns unser Geschirr zurück zu geben. Sie ignorierte unsere Anrufe und Nachrichten. Nun liegt eine Anzeige gegen diese Frau vor wegen Unterschlagung unseres Eigentums und versuchter Köroperverletzung aufgrund des Schimmels, der Menschen nachweislich krank macht. Ich habe genügend Bilder gemacht und lade diese bei Wunsch gerne hoch. Leider gab es bei der Bewertung keine Option Bilder anzuhängen. Ich rate jedem ab, diese Wohnung zu buchen, wenn man nicht an Schimmelerkrankungen im Urlaub erkranken mag.

Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement avec une grande terrasse magnifique. L’appartement est propre et dispose d’un équipement très correct et d’une bonne literie. L'accueil était parfait, l’hôte est vraiment très sympathique. A recommander!
